I love helping other musicians with their guitar playing and songwriting, and I have some availability for online 1-1s.
My 1-1s are tailored to players' own interests and abilities; we can chat about what you'd like to cover and go from there.
Frequently requested topics include:
- Altered tunings
- Fingerstyle technique
- Learning your favourite folk and fingerstyle tunes
- Accompanying other musicians e.g. backing traditional songs or tunes
- Theory: understanding what you’re playing and how to communicate with other musicians.
- Songwriting: lyrics, harmony, coming up with ideas, feedback on your own songs.
Online 1-1s are £50 per hour.
